New washbasin models of spring 2024! ERICA, LOWA, OCEAN

This spring, the Miraggio company released long-awaited models of washbasins into mass production! Now available for order:

• ERICA series of washbasins
• LOWA washbasin
• OCEAN 700 washbasin

Below we will talk about the uniqueness of each model and their technical characteristics.

ERICA series washbasins

  The ERICA series of washbasins is available in the following sizes:

• 600x500x157 mm
• 700x500x157 mm
• 800x500x157 mm
• 900x500x157 mm
• 1000x500x157 mm
• 1200x500x157 mm L|R (with the location of the bowl on the left or right)

The main feature of this model is a super thin side, the thickness of which is only 7 mm. That means that the washbasin will become almost one whole with the furniture and will look very modern in any interior. Note that even with such a thickness of the side, the washbasin does not lose its technical characteristics and remains resistant to mechanical damage.

By default, ERICA washbasins have an overhead type of installation, or, as they say, “on a pedestal”. This means that the model is directly of furniture type and is intended to be installed on a sideboard joint-to-joint along the outline. If your design involves a long countertop, the sink can be cut into the countertop (the craftsman must cut a hole under the bowl and treat the joint with sanitary sealant and install the sink).

According to the standards, the series of products is manufactured using the MIRAMARBLE technology, that is, from a mixture of ground marble and resin. From the outside, the washbasins are covered with antibacterial, damage-resistant, white gel (a shade close to 9003 according to the RAL palette).

Also, all models of this series can be ordered in Miramarble MATT and Mirasoft technologies. These technologies are fundamentally different from each other, but they are the same in the features of care.

• Mirasoft is a mixture of bauxite (natural white mineral) combined with resin, without additional coating. Sinks made according to Mirasoft technology have a snow-white color (cold shade) and a velvety surface.
• Miramarble MATT is  a mixture of cast marble with resins, externally covered with gel. The difference from Miramarble technology is that at the final stage of production, the product is matted, not polished.

In Mirastone technology, you can order washbasins in sizes 600 - 1000 mm inclusive. Models in size 1200 are not available in this technology. Mirastone is a mixture of pigmented quartz sand combined with resin. Available colors are black shine and gray.

RAL color coating is not available for ERICA series models.

We remind you that, from us as a manufacturer, you can order products by special order, changing its standard options. In this series of ERICA washbasins, the following options are available:

• production of a washbasin without a hole for a faucet
• trimming the wings of the washbasin with a gel coating
• trimming the wings of the washbasin without gel coating

! WARNING! The wash basin has a decorative cover for the drain. Therefore, click-clack cannot be installed in this model.

Washbasin OCEAN 700

The Ocean series washbasin is currently available only in the size of

• 700x400x142 mm

The main feature of this model is thin walls and a recessed shelf for trinkets. By default, the OCEAN 700 washbasin has a recessed type of installation in the countertop. This means that the model must be cut into the tabletop (the craftsman must cut a hole for the bowl, treat the joint with sanitary sealant and install the sink). Such a washbasin can be installed on a cabinet, but the cabinet must repeat the shape of the sink around the perimeter.

According to the standard, the washbasin is made using the MIRAMARBLE technology, that is, from a mixture of ground marble and resin. From the outside, the washbasin is covered with an antibacterial, damage-resistant, white gel (a shade close to 9003 according to the RAL palette).

LOWA washbasin

The LOWA wash basin is available only in the size of 900x500x350 mm with a bowl depth of 150 mm.

The main feature of this model is the elegant shape and smooth lines of the bowl, which cannot be achieved in materials other than cast stone. The LOWA washbasin has a floor or wall mounting type. This means that the model can be installed on the wall with the connection of communications directly at the level of the manhole, or order a washbasin without the manhole and remove the communications from the floor and hide them under the washbasin. The last installation option is great for implementing the idea of a mirror wall, and the wash basin will look unsurpassed in design if there is a panoramic window. But in this case, in no case should you save on the quality of communication and revision materials!
